Membership Fees 2020/2021

Dear 32 Bn VA members, Membership Fees are due before the 1st March 2020 for the financial year 2020/2021:

Following the AGM held 2019, it was approved to collect membership fees. The committee had to see how it can be implemented and this is how it will be done:

  • Period of membership is from the 1st March to the end of February the following year.
  • Amount due before the end of February 2020 is R360.00/annum.
  • Membership fees are not compulsory, but it will afford you certain privileges, it is as follows:
  • Full Membership – R360.00 per annum or a once of R 3200.00 for the rest of your life. Full voting rights at the AGM. Non-Payment = No voting rights.
  • Honorary Membership – No fees with the option to voluntary contribute – no voting rights.
  • Affiliated Membership – No fees with the option to voluntary contribute – no voting rights.
  • Family Membership – No fees with the option to voluntary contribute – no voting rights.
  • All payments received up to the end of October 2019 will be donations and a huge thank you to those who have given to date!
  • All payments received from Full Membership members will be part payment to your 2020/2021 annual membership fee.
  • All payments received up to the end of February 2020 will be contributions to your annual membership fee and eligibility to vote at the 2020 AGM.
  • Administration simplification is the reason for the R360.00 annual amount payable before the end of February each year or a once of R3200.00 for the rest of your life.
